- Combo rooms charged as two rooms.
- A standard couch is less than 8 feet
- Rooms over 200 square feet charged as two rooms.
- An area/room is any area that has three walls(including doors)
- Heavily soiled carpets may require pre-spray at additional charge.
- Destructive stains may require additional treatment at additional cost.
- Red and other dye stains
- Ink removal
- Pet and other biological stains
- Grease and other oil based stains
- Paint
- Etc.
- We do offer light furniture moving as part of the per room charge,
some pieces may require addition charges to move and re-setup. - Furniture moving normally included in per room charge:

- Dinning, coffee, end tables and other small tables
- Small cabinets.
- Furniture under 100 pounds
- Furniture moving not normally included in per room charge:
- Pianos
- Electronics (such as TV's, computers, radios)
- Living Organism (Plants, aquariums, animals)
- Large hutches, china cabinets, curio cabinets
- Dressers (Unless the drawers have been removed)
- Large beds and water beds
- Furniture over 100 pounds
